I've been really slacking on these articles! Here it is Wednesday and I have not posted this, yet it's been running all week.
Best Buy has a $10 off sale on select HD-DVD's, pricing them to $14.99 (and one $24.99). My advice is to grab the ad and head to Circuit City to price match, netting an extra 10% off. Check after the break for a full list, or hit the source to buy from Best Buys' website right now.

#Fox, #TV On DVD, #Best Buy, #Sale

This week Best Buy has just about every Fox TV on DVD show on sale for $19.99. Some shows (such as Rescue Me) are produced by Sony but aired on Fox, so they don't count, but most stuff like the Simpsons, X-Files, and Family Guy DO. For a complete list, just check out the Fox TV section at BB or the link in the source. And, for extra fun, if you can get it to work, here is a scan of a coupon BB has been handing out good for $10 off any Fox show. I'm hoping it works for Family Guy, but it does state it's not good for sale prices and it's all up to the register and the employee. Good luck!

In what is most definitely a mis-price, K-Mart has the new X-2 Steelbook DVD in their ad for a mere $6.99. While K-Mart probably won't actually have this edition of the movie, Circuit City and Best Buy most likely WILL, and both Price Match competitors; Circuit City even goes above and beyond with 110%. So, head over to K-Mart, grab the ad, and then stop on by CC or BB and pick up this $20 movie for $7... hopefully. :D

Best Buy is having a two day sale for Memorial Day Weekend (as most stores are), and included is a pretty decent widescreen Acer Monitor. At 22" , you probably will be hard pressed to find a better deal on a screen this size. If you're lucky, the might let you use this 10%/12% off coupon (B&M only, no online).

Okay so I'm on hiatus, but I thought I'd post this real quick cause there are some good deals this week (mostly on cheapo DVD's, but still). so a short break from the short break.

My intent was to pick out what I thought were the must haves of the lists, but maybe that's not necessary? I may just have weekly links to Speedy's lists. Best Buy is having an UNADVERTISED sale this week (hopefully all week) in celebration of the Oscars! We found out Sunday night, at which point it was too late to post (if it turned out to be a one day event), but it seems that it is an event for the week, so get ready to get your MIND BLOWN. Okay so it's not that incredible but it is definitely note worthy.

It seems last weeks special edition dvd's, which were previously buy one get one free, are now $9.99... but still buy 1 get 1. That means an average of $5 a movie, most of which pull $20 easy. Click the permalink to read the full list.

[UPDATE 1]: Forgot to mention that you can snag a 300 promo disc w/movie cash for FREE with any DVD purchase. Many have reported being able to get one for one with the dvd's in the B1G1F. It's in the ad and can be seen here.

[UPDATE 2]: Looks like the B1G1 deal is dead as of Wednsday; hope everyone was able to get in on this.
